A suburban residential neighbourhood on the edge of Vancouver, Hastings East, (also known as ‘The East Village’ by many), has all the benefits of a smaller community, while keeping the upside of living in Vancouver. One of the smaller real estate districts in East Vancouver, Hastings East is extremely popular with young couples and families for its affordable housing, friendly community and great school system.

Located on the northeastern corner of Vancouver, Hastings East runs along East Hastings from Nanaimo Street to Boundary Road at the border of Vancouver and Burnaby.

Hastings East is packed full of detached houses, ranging from century old houses to brand new houses, often with laneways. Many offer spectacular views, with new home builders taking advantage of this opportunity.
