Victoria is largely made up of single-family homes, with many being built pre-1946, and a large proportion between 1981 and 1990, largely due to the influx of successful middle-class families who wanted affordable housing close to downtown Vancouver. Recently, there has also been an increase in the construction of low-rise and mid-rise condos and townhomes. Many condos are located on or close to Kingsway, meaning shops, restaurants and parks are just a short walk away. Contact me to find out more about current bench mark pricing in the area.
