Delany’s Coffee House and David’s Tea are always filled with people and great places to grab a coffee, freshly baked treat or delicious sandwich.

Although a popular shopping district with almost 100 family-owned shops, Edgemont Village takes residents away from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown neighbourhoods, with many stores dotted around the beautiful tree-lined streets. Popular stores include Giftworks, which specializes in the work of local potters and candle-makers, BC Playthings, which features toys, art supplies, puppets, games and puzzles and 32 Books & Gallery, offering a selection of Canadian fiction, as well as book club selections and kids’ reading section. If you need to fetch groceries, Columbus Farm Market, La Galleria Fine Foods, Windsor Meats and The Meatery are all located within Edgemont Village.
 
Schools
 
Located in the extremely popular Handsworth School Catchment, Edgemont is home to a range of schools, with the closest being Canyon Heights Elementary, Highlands Elementary on Colwood Dr and Vancouver Waldorf High School on Edgemont Blvd. Edgemont is also home to the North Shore Music Together School, which teaches Rhythm Competence and Tonal Competence to young children up to 5 years old.
