Legals / Closing Process
One of the final components of a real estate transaction whether buying or selling is the closing. It is the final exchange in the sale and purchase of real estate in which the property title is delivered to the buyer, the title is transferred, financing documents are implemented, title insurance policies are exchanged and final details are passed onto the new buyer. We have an amazing team of legal representatives that we work with that can assist you with this and answer any questions you may have.
Odds and Ends
After the the subjects are removed and the offer is final we don't stop there! We make sure we go over the next steps with you to think about and often times we itimize these for our clients that want it, as we know this is a very busy time trying to get ready and move forward. It just makes the whole process easier! We do what we can to eliminate the "thinking" if you will and our clients that want this love it!
