Upper Delbrook is located at the bottom of the North Shore Mountains, with Forest Hills and Delbrook to the south, Canyon Heights and Grouse Woods to the west, Princess Park to the east and Mount Fromme to the north.

The Upper Delbrook neighbourhood is extremely popular with families, who make up the majority of households in the area. Families with children in the area tend to have two children living at home, with a large percentage of young children. Schools
A family friendly area, Upper Delbrook is home to two schools within its borders, Braemar Elementary, and Mountainside Secondary, as well as being home to various daycares and preschools. Other nearby schools include Highlands Elementary, Cleveland Elementary, Handsworth Secondary, and Carson Graham Secondary.
Transportation
If you drive, as many Upper Delbrook residents do, Delbrook Ave and Montroyal Ave are the two most direct routes onto Highway One. There are also bus routes that run along the main roads and take Upper Delbrook residents over to Lonsdale Quay and the surrounding areas.
