The addition of the SeaBus has reinvented this location making it the go-to place for indie shops and restaurants, including those at Lonsdale Quay, a bustling outdoor Friday-night market and First Nations art boutiques. Other popular shopping districts include Westview Shopping Centre, Capilano Mall and Lonsdale Avenue. The base of Lonsdale Avenue is home to two of the City’s most notable landmarks, The Pier and Shipbuilder’s Square.
