One of the only neighbourhoods where you can literally walk to everything you need, the area is filled with schools, restaurants, shops and parks, and what’s more, residents have stunning views of the North Shore and Vancouver Island.

History

Getting its name from the old rail station at West 41st Avenue and West Boulevard, Kerrisdale was considered to be the “last stop” before leaving the Vancouver municipality. With the CPR’s Vancouver-Lulu Island Railway tracks still running through the neighbourhood, Kerrisdale’s history as gateway between the city and fish canneries on Lulu Island is still visible.
